In this data protection declaration, we inform you about the key aspects of how Anti-Fraud Labs (AFL) collects, uses, and protects personal data. We process personal data exclusively in accordance with applicable legal regulations — in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU Regulation 2016/679) and relevant Slovak data protection legislation, such as the Act on Personal Data Protection No. 18/2018 Z. z..

We handle your data with the highest level of confidentiality and security. All personal data is collected and processed only for clearly defined and legitimate purposes, and only to the extent necessary for those purposes.

Your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch will be deleted by us immediately in the event of cancellation. The legality of the data processing that took place until the revocation, which happened on the basis of the consent, is not affected.
